Thankfully the only effect that Ernesto has on New York is winds of around 10-20mph and incessant rains. Rains I can take, but not the damn winds :| ! Boy, its just kind of possesses you and makes you totally miserable :| !!
And I never imagined the weather in New York would be so unpredictable and unruly. You have a taste of all the seasons in a single day :| !! As much as it would bring a glow to a meterologists heart, it just plain plunges mine in despair :| !! Have you ever had the feeling that you were being led blindfolded, that every action that you are doing somehow seems predestined. And when you look all around you, and read all those small meaningless tidbits of news, that the world is repeating itself. That slowly some behemoth is trying to achieve total control of this world noiselessly :? !!
Everywhere I turn to, somebody is suing somebody on a frivolous case, somebody is censoring something because they think that the rest of society wont be able to withstand it. Everybody is getting fattened up and lord alone knows when the swords going to fall.
And what is even scarier is that there is no common enemy. It seems to be a catch 22 where foes have a common friend and where friends are not friends and foes are not foes. The entire order of civilized behavior is changing. No one seems to mean what they say and whatever they do seem to contradict they very ideology they preach. Utter chaos is seems to be just around the corner.
And maybe chaos will bring about a lasting equilibrium in this world, like Dr. Watson said

Does everyone know why they like something ? They certainly seem to, but me, I just don't know. I like something, because I like it. And what is more when I begin to think about why I like something, I start beginning to find that I don't actually like it.
Take beer for example. I love guiness, but I can't think of a reason why ! I don't know whether its the bitter taste or its thickness or what ? These aren't exactly features you equate with like :? (maybe that's the key eh ;) !) ! ...the only thing I know is when I drink it, I smack my lips and let the taste linger in my mouth for a second more ;) !!
And I think providing a reason for what you like is like drawing another boundary in your life. It limits your choices because now you become a prisoner of your own choices, forever forced to adhere to it so that you can be correctly labeled and filed away in some humungous database by an equally humungous foul beast; Society !

I believe that ignorance is power, and its not men who preach ignorance, rather its always the truly ignorant. Ignorant of etiquette, ignorant of family, ignorant of society, ignorant of oneself and ignorant of law.
These are the kamikazes of this world, and education is the root cause of it all. It is education, that makes us afraid of the consequences and places boundaries around us. There are ofcourse the few that know no boundaries and are always free. But then there are enough that create additional boundaries to what education creates. Its theme that are called freaks. And the ignorant that are at the pinnacle of whatever we are striving for :? !!

Went to New York City today, and while I was there, I saw an advertisement for cartoon network. It had a cartoon character with an electric egg-beater in his nose and the caption "My booger itches" :D !! Reminded me of the blog that I maintain with Sweth. But I didn't have my camera to capture it :< !! wheres the expensive camera(that you have) when you need it :< !!
Wonder why kids are so fascinated with boogers :? !! I guess its the easiest and pleasurable (well ok there are others ;)) way to rebel. And well at least is miles better than playing with your own shit. Thank god for small favors :D !!!

Went to duane reade to get a bottle and while passing the stationray isle, i found a couple of notebooks. Thers were just the right size, not small enough to be called pocket notebooks and not big enough to be your usual books, but they were just right, for carrying around in your backpack and whipping it out at starbucks as and when the itch sets in ;) !!
And since I got them books while not looking for them and as i plan to transcribe any jotting in them onto this blog, i decided to call this serendipity. And then it suddenly struck me, for serendipity to happen, the solution/fact/answer must be out there, theres nothing we have to create, but just find it :? !!
